A network of urban planners working together to create livable, affordable, and equitable cities

The Peer City Convening is a staff-to-staff network of urban planners, government staff, and housing advocates from across North America working together to address the housing crisis and other issues in our urban areas. The current focus is on promoting missing middle housing forms.

What We Do

Peer Network

A growing network of major cities, states, academics, and advocates in both the US and Canada. Their focus is on exchanging ideas and working policy responses in the areas of housing, development, anti-displacement, and affordability.

Group Calls

The group meets on a quarterly basis to discuss innovative and successful housing policy solutions from across North America. The network also connects on an individual basis to share policy responses between cities.
